I’m at 31% memory and am not even have way done with my fortnite map.

You can’t make anything anymore.
When you hit the memory limit, you can’t place anything anymore. (That includes devices, wires, props and terrain.)
Maybe you can show your current device systems so we can try to simplify it to use less memory? (Like I did in my help post)

I believe you have around 100,000 Memory Points In Every Custom stage, the game will warn you once hitting 75% by having the bar always show!
Construction would reached its maximum. However, lag will soon become an issue.
your map stays in a sedentary state, where it’s no longer possible to place stuffs
