You can make a vending machine deactivate after purchase, but vending machines can never be shown or hidden.
What you can do is make the vending machine invisible, and put it behind a prop. Make the Vending Machine deactivate on purchase. connect a wire from the vending machine to the prop, so when you buy it, the prop is hidden.
