When i was putting stuff in the vending machine, it just…dissapered. Someone help!

Something similar happens to me. I place a vending machine but I can’t edit it, so I delete it, and this happens:
Then my game crashes 5.642 seconds later. (I don’t know exactly how long)
This happens every time.
