I was putting a thumbnail for my game and it somehow said upload error.
This is my first time publishing my game to discovery: i don’t know how in the world that happened. Can someone explain?
It says upload error but it stills publishes, or at least for me it did.
it has to be a .jpeg image before uploading or you can just bypass it

yes I just used a free .jpeg converter

Then you should be fine
But when i see the preview, there’s also a white background and the image is (not really) small.
Yeah, thats what always happens or for me. If you need more proof, ask someone else.
