Did this happen again? What were the first steps? And why are there so many lasers?

If You respawn on a laser it does that to your health making you get hit once by a sentry or player instantly knock them out
I’ve had some respawn bugs before, I just set the spawn pad to a different location, and I avoid it that way. You can do that to avoid it until it’s fixed.
