My Zone device is triggering consistently, but the Triggering Player property in my Block Code is returning None.
Can you take a screenshot of such block code and send that here?

Properties are created using the property device. If you are talking about the triggering player block, that is not a property and therefore will not work. Otherwise, please provide more info.
