I bumped into this guide, or wait… was that a slope jump? Dang it, looks like I’m falling, but good thing I had a respawn overlay. Of course, the only reason I played this game was because it had a good thumbnail, and the creator took time on it. In fact, it even displays my elevation! And, they didn’t troll me by spamming a bunch of no-collision props. Honestly, it was a very visually appealing guide game!

yeah… i cant wait for platforming to go free… but the problem is people who don’t spend for season ticket will put way more trash platformers on discovery. (also i lose my season ticket but thats personal XD)
On the positive side: more people with access to platformer might mean MORE good platformers from people who never had a chance to make one. Tomorrow will be interesting.

yeah!!! I’m almost finished with a top-down map that I’ve been working on for 6 months (on and off tho) and I’m gonna publish it right when top-downs are falling out and imma bring em’ back in

I think I want to develop my second game as a platformer when platformer creation becomes free for everyone. Maybe something unique, but we’ll see.

I think it is great that people who cannot afford the season ticket will get to build platformers and show off their talent. BUT I think that also some people will try to clog Discovery with useless maps

I’m going to try to remake sonic CD when it comes out today (still isn’t out yet.) (there’s so much mechanics that I might be cooked ngl)
