Thumbnail Request -- Crystalline Cove -- No Due Date

Welcome to
“bakedpotato making a thumbnail request for a 2/3 of the way finished game while still having doubts about the game’s title 2: electric boogaloo”

Anyway here’s the format

Crystalline Cove (?) (Y’all should probably leave the title available to edit again lolz)
A mining game set on a beach boardwalk with a glowing cave filled with crystals. You mine the crystals, earn cash, and buy upgrades (such as more luck). Basically Fishtopia with crystals.
Well, uh, the thumbnail’s gonna be set in the cave, so here’re some screenies:

It’s still a WIP. The crystals are gonna have sparkle around them, and there’ll be more of 'em in the cave crevices and stuff. So, yeah, basically what I want the thumbnail’s setting to be–

Your choice of a gim! (just not one of the themed holiday gims, y’know-- a santa or mummy wouldn’t really fit this)
The gim should be staring in awe of the crystals in the glowing cave, with a pickaxe in his “hand” (no actual hand, just have it levitating like in game). It’ll be faced with his back to the screen, so facial expressions are pretty nonexistent (Yes, I know it’s similar to my other thumbnail request, I just like the POV and angle okay)

Make sure to credit yourself!

I’d prefer to have this hand-drawn if possible, on an online art tool (If you don’t have one, try kleki.com).

Taking pictures of traditional art pieces kinda ruins the quality, unless you trace over it and color it online afterwards.

I’ll be swapping between thumbnails, so don’t worry if yours isn’t chosen- it’ll get its turn in the spotlight eventually!

Hi! @bakedpotato, uh could I maybe try this? The thing is I do handrawn with some watercolor too- not online art tool- thumbnails sooooo… um also we’ve had a bittle rough history so can we move on…

Does your map have a water area?
My idea for the thumbnail is a gim sitting on a boardwalk in water surrounded by the crystals kinda like Fruity’s thumbnail.
