The Ultimate mashup guide to battle royale

Intro

Hey people and muffins welcome to the ultimate mashup guide to battle royal. As the title suggests it doesn’t focus on just one thing but all things battle royale. Anyhow, come on we’re on a time crunch.

Top-Down or Platformer

The ultimate question. Top-Down or Platformer. While platformer may allow for better building, I would personally recommend Top-Down as you can just do way more and its easier.

How to make a game battle royal

Now that you chose what mode to use. Lets actually make your game battle royale. These are the supplies you need

  • 1 Lifecycle
  • 1 Team Switcher
Place down the lifecycle and set it to “when player knocked out”,
then place down the team switcher and make it switch you to spectator mode.
Wire the lifecycle to the team switcher when event occurs-switch player to configured team. And there you go now your game is really battle royal. It should end up looking something like this
Build

Is your game going to have building? While building will make your game longer, depending on what you add no build might make it too short. For example, if you game is Top-down with just flat land, i will just be able to sho!t and i will knock people outPreformatted text

Mechanics
Intro to mechanics

The mechanics of your game is the most important part. We have already covered two. Actually making the game battle royale and building.

Thanking the bus driver

The first mechanic we will work on is thanking the bus driver.

What I like to do is simply make a zone connected to a trigger. The trigger should have these settings

The trigger is wired to a popup with text

thank bus driver

And the call to action is yes. There is no secondary call to action and it should look some thing like this.

Drop Mechanic

Next well work on the drop mechanic. If your game is a platformer, put a teleporter in the sky over the POI that they are going to drop. But if its in Top-Down just put a teleporter on the ground. But an invisible button in your drop choosing spot that says drop insert POI. Have the button Transmit on channel whatever the POI that will make the teleporter TP you there. It should look like this

Rift Mechanic

Next we’ll do the rift mechanic. The way I do it only works in platformer. Place down a teleporter in the sky. Make it part of the group “Rift 1”. Then, place a teleporter on the ground also part of group “Rift 1”. It should look like this

Outro

Well, that’s it for now I guess. I hope you enjoyed. Bye!

what do you mean format this guide

First off, its to small for the tug tag.
Also its super confusing on how you formatted it and no images are provided for visual learners.

Also some of the grammar is a lil confusing, maybe add more to it and separate the different mechanics like this.

Guide Rating

What’s that big chunk of text I see?

How bout’ we rate the guide?

Pho! You haven’t read the guide!

True, but I already know the ratings..

GRAMMAR: 4/10

I mean.. What do I say about this guide? It looks like your just rushed this and speed-typed this all out.

People*

Capital N

While it’s energetic and fun, the post may confuse readers with; missing punctuation, and unclear phrasing.

FORMATTING: 3/10

What am I actually looking at…? It’s a huge block of text inside dropdowns, no images? Images are crucial for people to understand! Without images.. Your just yapping. I need pictures to understand! I didn’t put you lower because you used some dropdowns, but please layer out your text…

RELEVANCE: 6/10 There are lots of guides on battle royale Including “The Ultimate Guide to Battle Royale” I don’t know what else to say here.

HUMOR: 2/10

Only humor I saw here was

and

Like come on! Humor is a very big part of a guide! Guides nowadays don’t have humor that make people laugh, next time try to add humor to the guide please! It prevents people from- fallin- Oh! What was I saying? Oh yeah, it prevents people from falling asleep.

Don’t attack me Or eat me for this. This rating is meant to help you improve your guide skills! Hope this helped!

Just edit your guide instead of making a new one please?

For starters.. You could start with your grammar! Bad grammar can confuse the reader.

Yes, also make sure to add images with each step.
