Pseudo is a prefix for fake/false. A common word with pseudo in it is a pseudonym, meaning a pen name/fake name. So a pseudo-team would be a fake team. It uses things like checking a property or if a player has an item to assign a “fake” team. Pseudo properties use amounts of items or counters to simulate a property.
