I need someone to help me to design a thumbnail for a game that I will release. I do design thumbnails for my other games in gimkit, but They didn’t get a lot of plays. So, I’m asking the community to help me. Btw, the person whose thumbnail that I use, I will give them some credit and give them a shoutout

So, I see you’ve got a thumbnail request going here. Like Waffle_Lover said, you’ll need to use the correct format if you want someone to actually do this. We can’t tell what you need on the art piece otherwise.
As for the profile picture question, that’s off-topic. As you’ll see in the rules, the only accepted questions are about Gimkit Creative.
(You’ll need to go to profile preferences, though.)
