Text in Overlays

Continuing the discussion from Game Overlay / Property Question:

OK, now I have an OVERLAY that is showing a PROPERTY. Thanks @MirMirCreates and @Epi320

But it just shows the NUMBER and I would like some text (or emoji) after it.

Is there a way (probably in the BLOCKS) that I can add a TEXT string to the end of this

So instead of just saying 1 it would say 1 correct or 1 or 1 ?
