So I want to make it so…
there are 3 teams.
One can’t tag anyone
One can tag everyone
One can tag one team, but not the other team.
The first and second are easy, but I’m not sure how to do the third.
First
Don’t do anything 
Second
Add a Tag zone with default settings, except change the team to whatever team that is.
Third
No idea 
you will need 2 tag zones
one set to team 1
one set to team 3
for the one set to team three set it to "don’t respawn when tagged,
then get a trigger
and in the trigger go to blocks (do this)
then connect team 3’s tag zone to the trigger
get a respawn device with these settings
and you are done!
