Ok, do you want it to be so every player is on a different team.
Example: Team 1: 7 people | Team 2: 1 person
Or is it impossible and I need to tell the host with the text

Press this button on your screen:
Then go to the top one:
Then go to the is tab and make the settings like this:
Then grab a lifecycle, relay and team switcher.
Wire them all like this:
Now make the team switchers settings like this:
Now your done! This will automatically choose a random player on the game start! Tell me if you have a problem.

did you modify the lifecycle and relay?
As someone already said (but just saying it again):
- lifecycle, set to game start
- relay, set to random player
- wire from lifecycle to relay
- team switcher, switch to team __ (fill in yourself)
- wire from relay to team switcher
