I want to set all the players to team 1. Is there a mechanic for ‘when game starts, all players team 1’?

Using a relay and team switcher, yes.
On game start < set players to configured team.

Yes. Just go to settings, map options, and set the team mode to ‘Cooperative’.

What team do players get on in cooperative? I want to set my sentry to same team.

couldnt you just have it set on cooperate in settings? (it means all on the same team)
