Sentries not activating

I tried using a trigger to activate the sentry and it would not activate when I stepped on the trigger. (I tried both channels and wires)

if the trigger does not work, try using wires. there pretty simple

sentrys don’t need wires to activate,they don’t activate during build mode.

does it say activate on game start unless your not using them on game start

They don’t need help using wires, they just need help on the fact that wires nor channels aren’t activating the sentry. Welcome to the community!

If you set the sentry to deactivate on game start, it won’t do that

I never got frustrated with that, because I wasn’t very active in my first 24 hours.

It helps prevent spam though. There was this one user who was trolling a while ago and that thing was useful. If it wasn’t there, they would have done more damage
