Screen goes white at random times

I rarely post a help topic soo…

Yes, before you say anything i hAVE SeARcHEd bEfORe POsTiNg and haven’t found anything that solves my problem.

Okay so, when I was working on a map, I was minding my business working on barrier art, then my screen goes white. Then I have to refresh it.

Is it my computer (it’s my HOME computer not school) or gimkit?

It keeps on doing it. Like every 20 minutes (yes i timed it)

It did it on my chaotic map and on a map with like 3 barriers and one custom shape.

It could be a computer problem, have you had any other problems similar to this in the past?

no, it only started like a week ago… but i guess that could be in the past?

Try restarting your computer or clearing cookies. If none of that works, email hellogimkit@gmail.com

Also, is your memory fine? Because if your map memory is too crazy that could be the problem too…

I tried restarting, but I’ll try checking if I have any cookies.

The only thing i have in the map are

and the screen still goes white.

I’ll be back after checking cookies.

I was double checking my memory AND IT WENT WHITE AGAIN >:(

it’s probably not a computer problem, this used to happen to my sister all the time, I don’t know if it happens anymore, she doesn’t play gimkit that much. I don’t know how to solve it sorry :<

but I can open it again and wait like 2 minutes…

Kk. Open it and wait until it goes white, then give me a pic of it. Do you see any signs to what’s causing the problem?

Does it happen in other maps or just that specific one? If its just that one, then can you do another map?

Oh darn, I thought it would atleast show you gim but nope, it consumed the entire thing. I don’t know what else to tell you. This might be a website problem.
