Rotating camera system

Just came back unto Gimkit creative so was looking and fiddeling and figured out how to make some Fnaf style camera settings.

So first we will need: Button, Game Overlay (at least 3-4), camera point (one less that the amount of game overlays you have), an a camera view for every camera point you have.

Okay so first you want to place your buttons and change the first ones settings so the button message is “look” when pressed transmit on “look”. it is active on game start and is deactivated when receiving on “Look” and activate when receiving on stop.

moving on to our first camera point… set it so the point is activated when receiving on “Look”,
from here we can move onto our first game overlay… This is what your settings should look like…

We will then set up our next camera point… set it so it activates when receiving on “Next” and deactivate when receiving on “next 2”…
moving on to our next overlay…
The only thing that changes is When button clicked transmit on “next 2”, show overlay when receiving on “Next” Hide overlay when receiving on “next 2”.
then the new camera point will activate when receiving on “next 2” and deactivate when receiving on “next 3”

really that’s all you need to do… increase the value for the channel for each new camera you want to add. and on the final camera point you must set it to where it deactivates when receiving on “stop”.

I may come back to this guide to update and/or improve it…
give me suggestions if you have any… thanks!

@Spydecraft245 I’d say it’s fine it’s his first time back in 1 year. Btw good guide Gray!

If this for top down or platformer?

probably platformer since it for fnaf

Aguero10 , I think the rotating camera system work for platformer or topdown. It doesn’t matter if its platformer or topdown.( I may have interpreted your post wrongly if so , my apologies )

Most Fnaf remakes I see are usually , topdown , I may be wrong though.
Their are probably some Platformer Fnaf games.

I agree with you gimkit noobie , but I’m not sure other guides like this have images since the images got deleted. That might not be a valid excuse though.

Still doesn’t matter, guides like this have been made before.

I get it, but there could be a chance that the person explains the guide? I’m going to check now.

Yeah, Fleet did this already and explained everything.

But how long ago? If it was 6months then he/she/other (sry) was not here. I still like it tho

Aguero, fleet is still online and alive. The guide they made was just a very long time ago.

Not that long ago actually.

Like WSG said, Fleet’s still active.

I know but @gray wasn’t so he didn’t see that it was there
