IDK why I added the gim watching in the window
it’s still kinda bland. anything I could add?

You could add more gims behind the window and the floor can be white or lighter gray.

shadows and flickering lights ( make atmosphere spookier and darker)
also note: with the gim watching from the window, the spot below its left eye sorta looks like a weird clown looking mouth
