For the sake of this argument to end, the mods changed the flag ability from TL1 → TL2 to prevent people abusing flags and trying to farm badges by getting the “First Flag” badge.
It got out of hand but even with that there’s still 900 flags left unmoderated (from a picture 2468 sent).
