If someone has made a previous guide related to my guide topic, where should i credit them in the guide?
I was thinking at the bottom but idk

You could put the link of that previous guide link at the top of your post and say like credit to this person.

Yes, that is very important and it shows a bit of respect. You can include a link, link there name to the original guide, or just tag them in you guide.
