Update property you mean? Yes.
When you go into the zone, the counter makes it so the property is equal to one for the player. So when you need that event to occur, if the player’s property is equal to 1, they will get teleported.

Btw are you able to freely go out of the zone before the duel happens? If so, then make the zone decrement the counter when a player leaves it.
