I can tell you some ability ideas for that wind based character, but not on how to make it yet.
WINDRUSH(I know that the person “IDK” said it already but I wanna add something extra): GET A 3x SPEED BOOST FOR 15 SECONDS, BUT 50% DAMAGE REDUCTION
WINDSTORM: GET A 3x ATTACK BOOST, BUT BECOME 50% SLOWER
CYCLONE: GET A 50% INCREASE IN SPEED AND DAMAGE, BUT EVERYONE ELSE GET A 25% DECREASE IN SPEED AND DAMAGE

Maybe you could do a HURRICANE MILTON attack where it sends all the players to a wall taking around 10-20 damage

More realistic power, they can create mini windmills.
There are different types of windmills.
All these are not permanent and erode over a period of time.
Is the wind-based character a boss sitting in one spot? The hurricane would be possible if the boss sat in one spot. If it moves, it’s not possible.

no, its like roles really, and the roles have special powers for them.
Okay. It’s not really possible at this moment then.
Make a blowback effect where when you press a button if players near you they go farther away (This needs player coordinates, people as % or a million teleporters, game overlay, other stuff)
You should also use the lifecycle for if player shoots because you can use player coordinites to make stuff happen.
Woah, all that memory for one power? I would do it, only if gkc doesnt have a limit on the amount of stuff you can put in a game.
