Jeffo is not an administrator. This means Jeffo cannot see your password. They can only see your IP addresses. Therefore, you would have to message hello@gimkit.com for a password reset. You can also try resetting your password from the login screen.
If you can accurately tell him most of the skins you had then that might work.
i don’t want to reset the password i want to delete the account.
