Is there a way to find out if a sentry is deactivated or not, then if it is transmit on a channel?

You can use a counter or property.

A counter receiving a increment on the channel that deactivated your sentry. When it reaches it’s target of 1, make it transmit it’s channel.
Hopefully this helps!

It updates the property when the sentry is actviated or deactivated, and a checker checks the value of the property.
