One time popup through entering a zone and not popup again even after u walk back in our out

i want it to be when i go through it has a popup and i can go back into it after i leave and not get the popup

Have the zone when entered increment counter starting of 0 and a target of 1. When target reached open popup. Set the scope to player if you want each person to see it once at different times
