Oh! Look at your badges, you get a badge every time you go up a trust level.

And, if you’re a regular, you see it on your account page.
The first badge you have shows trust level, TL1 being basic, TL2 being member, TL3 being regular.
Regular title is optional, you don’t need to use the title if you don’t want to.
