You can use a vending machine that triggers on a channel when you buy from it, use a speed modifier and set to activate when it receives on the channel the vending machine sends

Get cash prop, a vending machine, and grant cash when you interact with the vending machine. If you want player speed, when you purchase from a vending machine change your speed to what you want it to be.
