for some reason on the new gim the hitbox is super weird and on some terrain it just get stuck in the ground

Does your gim clip through 1 block of terrain and then stop?
Across 20 forum posts, there has been nearly nothing accomplished regarding the actual bug besides #1, #3, #6, and #17. OP, please provide more details regarding the bug, otherwise nobody can help you.
This might also not even be a bug and just be a normal hitbox issue with the map creator not noticing a potential pothole in their map.

Only way I can see that the Focus gim in particular could be bugged would be if they centered the hitbox weirdly because of the lashes, but even then, that’s extremely unlikely.
