I’m making a Gadget Game with multiple arenas, and I already have the small and medium sizes complete, so I just need ideas for the large arena. The styles I already have are Medieval and Ocean Temple. Ideally, the theme should have a lot of designated/closely related props so that I can do a lot of detailing. Any suggestions are welcome!

For a big arena make it like a stable ocean theme and will you make a ocean for players you find an underwater arena.
My ideas are Wild West and Campsite

Well, you could have a wasteland/desert themed arena. Scorpions and hot sand piles provide some environmental danger. A massive junkyard provides materials to craft new gadgets.
