Need help on my map with the respawners

i can figure out how to work the respawners

The target player is forced to respawn.

For example, when a player triggers a trigger, they become the target player. If you wire or channel it to a respawner, they respawn.

Respawn are are only useful when there is no spawn pad. So when a player gets knocked out the rsepawner forces the player to respawn again

but i wanna control where

Use checkpoints!
