I making it avabale at start but when I start it it doenst let me buy stuf

We need more details. Is there anything to buy? Are you wiring it correctly (if necessary)? If both of those are yes, then do the norm. Restart, refresh, etc.

Do you have stock or funding on???
If so, take those off, because thereā€™s a glitch where it stays even when you disable it, and screws up other settingsā€¦
Otherwise, delete the vending machine, and start a new one, to try againā€¦
