Metroidvania Game Ideas

I need some ideas for a new game I’m making.
It is somewhat a dungeonlike hollow knight boss rush gameplay with exploration.
So here are the things I need. (For now)

• Relics (quest items and for unlocking abilities)

• Abilities (dash or unlocking secret areas)

• Locations (jungle or city)

• Npcs (quest or shop npc)

• Side quest
  For everything please use a somewhat similar format.
  Name of idea.
  What’s its for.
  Use/description.

Quest idea:

NPC Name: Bob (placeholder name)
Quest: Points you over to an ultra-cool dungeon in the jungle (bob lives in the city) where there’s tons of ultra-cool loot and ultra-cool bossfights/fights. If you make it to the end you receive the Relic of (something, haven’t thought of a name yet), which gives you a giant strength boost (it’s lazy, i know :P)

Gim: The Broker
Quest: Help rid his farm of pests (Evil Green Plants or Ant gims: forgot name)
Dialogue: Help me! Please! My farm’s been run over by some pests! Please help me. I’ll give you 100 (your in game currency)
After you help him, he says
“Thank you! Now, you shall receive your reward, after you defeat me! What? You can’t expect a billionaire like me to just give you your payment.” Then you boss fight him

There’s a random npc in the city who asks for a thing that is really hard to get since it is only found in a specific area. This item could be found in a secret room that’s really hard to get into that it would make the player quit trying. But if they found it and retrieved it for the npc, the player would be rewarded with money and a really good gadget (I’m thinking of the legendary blaster).
