This bug just happened to another user, so I thought I would like to address this.

After clicking it in the layer menu, it showed the map settings menu, which is normally only seen in the settings button menu. It also listed it as having 0 memory. [insidemapoptions.PNG]

I think this is just a bug that needs to be reported.
