Is there a higher chance to like gimbucks/season ticket as the prizes? Like would gimbucks have a higher chance than the season ticket and vise versa
or would/could there be like a system for you to choose your award..?
The only reason that Season Tickets are in mind for awards is because the Gimbucks haven’t been supported by the Gimkit Staff yet. That means that there are no odds.
How will they hand out season tickets its not like they will get prize givers willing to spend their own money
Yeah, definitely, because gim bucks are a lot easier to get now and aren’t really as valuable as not only do you just need play time to get them, but packs are SUPER cheap, and even if you do want a shop skin, it’s not that hard to get. However, with the Season Ticket giving a lot more, I wouldn’t be surprised if the GKA (Gimkit Awards) staff DID opt for Season Ticket as prizes.
I mean, I guess, but that isn’t really as much of a Gimkit thing, you know? Free Discord Nitro is nice but I could just ignore Gimkit for like a month after that. Plus, who’s boosting the Gimkit Discord .
Yikes, let’s hope that ISN’T the case, you know? These awards won’t be nearly as popular if that happens.
If Season Tickets are an option on the table, perhaps there could be a poll on the Forums and Discord? Like, either wait for Team Gimkit confirmation of cooperation for Gim bucks or have the awards schedule confirmed but the prizes are Season Tickets or something else?
Of course, don’t take my word for it, as I’m not part of the GKA staff at all, but reading through this topic alone I’m just considering the possible options that you guys might have.

So basically they are getting delayed… So is it the awards that are delayed and the competition is still same time, or everything delayed. I’d be fine with season ticket because of endless publishing for free. If they don’t want anything to do with it, would it be recommended for like community picks or something? Sorry if that last part was answered.
What if 1st gets to choose between season ticket, gimbucks, or gims? Then 2nd chooses between the other 2, and 3rd gets the unchosen one.
There are some people on the discord [1] who’d be willing to pay for it. Heck, I’d be fine paying. And in the grand sceme of things, It’s only five bucks for a pretty nice gift to someone
And plus, as stated before by wingwave, this is only being discussed because the staff hasn’t responded yet. So we might not even hand out season tickets as prizes.

shouldn’t be such a big deal, they’ve already been working hard with the different packs and different game modes.

The staff barely agreed with the gimbucks in the first place, anything else would be much more work. Not happening, don’t try to haggle with me for more/different prizes.
As for those who say “just get staff to give them season ticket” in particular, that would mean that gimkit loses out on money, and given that packs exist in the first place, something tells me they’re short on that.
Yeah, the total would be… what, 35 bucks? That’s not exactly a fortune, and I’m entirely sure a handful of people could pick up the tab.
