Hello, can anybody help me to make a loot chest system? I want it to make it so the game starts, and you run to the middle to find some loot Chests with a random gadget and healer. (med kit shield can) Please help me!
vending machine with whatever item you choost (make sure vending machine isnāt visible in game)
and put a loot chest covering it
but how do I make it random
you cant do that I donāt think, you just have to pick different items for every loot chest
you can, Iām 99% sure, I can try to figure it out, but somebody else probably knows how to make it better.
If the guide doesnāt work for you @Darkbat489 I can show u
Iāll test it out right now (but before you wait and I might ānot workā use this)
There might be a combination of item granters with some blocks on a wire repeater
or a vending machine with no item and no cost
I got it, there is two way
1:
Just use an item spawned
2:
Set up button (copy image or similar)
Then do wires (copy image)
And finally do item granter, if you want item to disappear for 2 tell me and Iāll work on it
is this a randomizer?
@Darkbat489 try this guide
Uhhhh nope (the 1 is only item spawned and the 2 is item granter and button with wire connected)
Btw vending machine do work but itās pretty large so you have to shrink it and how large is your chest for looting
making it invis makes it smaller, and that is roughly the size of my chest
That could work (I want 20 letters bypass)
Edit: why gimkit delete quote
Iāve got it! You can use an item granter that has no item and has a block that is triggered when pressing the button to open the loot crate, and then, have the block use an RNG variable, and when a RNG is picked, iāll have it send a channel to the corresponding item granter, causing for a random gadget every time!
I got a little idea (bad at English) but that could work
Hi, I found a way to make a random loot table.
You can use a button thatās linked to a trigger with blocks that send a random Chanel. Then the random Chanel is linked to a item granter. Iām going to add a image to show how this block works.
(This was taken from my Gimkit map Iām working on.)
