I’ve never really made anything murd3r related, so this isn’t my best effort, but if you have suggestions, I can probably figure out a way to make them work.

How do i make the green and red circle?

Those are barriers, no trans, no outline. All you have to do is make a barrier set the color, and then put text over it.
