I am making a campain game where you fight through enemys, explore an open worls, et.cetera, and making it so that when the player dies the game ends. But the KO manager isn’t working. It works when I set it to sentrys, and the ned game device works in other places, but whenever the player is killed…

Try using a lifecycle instead. Set the lifecycle to player knocked out. Also, make sure the ko manager is active on game start if you still want to use it. To be extra safe connect a lifecycle set to game start to it.
