How do I make where when sentries are killed the player gets an item? Also, how do I make it where when a player is killed they drop their items?

This would work but I only want it to drop if the player has the item
For the first question there’s a setting in the sentry for that, but it only gives an amount of 1 item.
If you want multiple different items to be granted, you could wire it to some item granters (sentry knocked out–grant item)
