I’m trying to have it so that the item granter grants the snowball launcher to everyone on game start but it only grants it to one person. Please help!
Use a starting inventory device instead
Or you could use a relay set to all players wired to an Item granted.

For the future, try scrolling through all the devices just to see what they do.

The ‘Game Start’ lifecycle only transmits for the host. You’ll have to use a relay.
