It’s a Sand Pile-Bag type of thing, I don’t think it’s a bug though-Josh confirmed it in the November 7th Update.
You may feel free to make a suggestion at nolt if the name concerns you

it’s not a sand pile but it’s just like the normal-looking “infested” computer thing - ya ain’t know why it’s called that 'cause it contradicts the name (said in a heavy southern accent)
