Is there a way to make it so you have 3 lives

I’m making a map where you have three lives and when you run out you become a spectator,
problems:
1.i don’t know how to make it how you have 3 lives.
2.i don’t know how to make a person a spectator
3.how would i track it?

use hacker’s suggested guide. use a team switcher and set it to spectators.
