Is there a way to make it so that when u run out of enrgy u have to wait a certain amount of time for it to come back but ONLY after you run out

Player enters zone activate repeater. The repeater is wired to an item granter that grants energy. Then in the repeater have it repeat with a delay of whatever you want. That should work.
