(Lifecycle) Event Occurs —> (Relay) Trigger Relay

(Relay) Relay Trigger —> (Button) Activate Button

Make sure the button is inactive on game start and is team-scoped.

Yes. Just set down a vending machine set it to team x(replace this with the team number) and make it activate the button. Or you could use what @Haiasi put.
