no there is not, it all depends on how many players j0in but there is no way to mass respawn.
Use a respawner with a relay with an audience of a specific team.
Do you mean like a Thanos snap type thing, where half of everyone gets respawned?
You can have it so that a several relays react on a channel and those relays each have a different team selected. Then wire those relays to a respawn device.
You could do what @getrithekd said, it should work.
