Is a 3d Game actually possiable?

Take this game on Scratch for example:

Would it be possiable to create, well a very dumbed down, 3d game? I have seen 3d games made in 2d engines but gimkit doesn’t allow drawing but I mean you could with text devices.

Also another help topic here about 3d rendering but is a actual game possiable?

I guess another kinda of example was Apollo’s platformer game but that was 2d but was kind of on track with this using text boxes.
