(This states 3D, but it’s really 2.5D art because 3D would incorprate a perspective and depth.

Yeah it’s still technically 2.5D. Then again isn’t all graphics on a computer technically 2.5D, just perfected to the point of realism?

In theory, all graphics are actually 3D displayed on a 2D panel. The high screen resolution makes the 2D layout look 3D.
