You were kidnapped by a mysterious man and u were put into the mans dungeon but its cover with spikes so u will have to work your way through without getting hurt.

okay, so here are some ideas: will get edited:
the way will get blocked and you need to find a new way, add some passcodes on the way, that you will use it to enter some doors when you progress. make each 5 minutes a your camera will change to a sentry(representing a jumpscare)
add slowing areas, like mud pits that slow you down.
second section:
add traps, like spike traps, fall down traps, or even escape a maze trap.
boss ideas:
when you finish your map, there will be a boss that will represent you, yeah you fight the boss fight, also add a side mission where you need to find keycarde, then open a door that will teleport you to the boss
