I need some help with ideas for rooms in my game. I’m pretty stumped on what to add right now.
A small summary of my game.
You are Scientist-42, one of the last crew members of an Echo Research Ship going to Tennibris. While aboard the ship, a secret vortex agent uses some "unknown chemical, " making the plants go from leafy and green to deadly and toxic. The rest of your fellow scientists are waiting for you at the emergency escape pods, while during the “growth” (when the vortex agent made the plants evil and allat) you were hit on the head by a vine, and blacked out. You wake up later, realizing you were boarded into the room for safety by your fellow scientists, and realize you have to make it all the way to the other side of the ship to escape.
You’ve heard about the randomness of the hibiscus flower throughout this very universe…
Since it’s stated that since the “unknown chemical” turned such vegetation hazardous, you grew cautious of the room…
Wait… it’s completely unsure if this room is safe or not, due to the toxin randomness of the hibiscuses. So, only some contain the toxin.
The room was once a blank waiting room, awaiting permission from the head scientist. During the beginning of the “growth”, a now-recalled tea bag with the bittersweet flavor of “Raspberry Hibiscus.” Everygim had to block off the section where the incident occured, thus, hibiscuses immediately grew, covering the whole entire room.
Inside, you could barely see anything other than hibiscus, hibiscus, and hibiscus. The chairs were gone, except one. The check-in table was almost completely covered from the plant. Even the, and I quote, “boring unpleasing” magazines were all torn apart, in which you could barely tell what the topics are even about anymore.
You find a few tea bags on the ground, collecting every flavor BUT “Raspberry Hibiscus” for yourself, hoping that it might help somehow.
You also discover a blocked-out door, which leads to an office, in which that leads to one of the many abandoned labs. (You may need /something/ to open the door, though.)
