Also by enjoyability I mean putting effort into it do people want to come back and play again.

I don´t know what i mean but i know that you can connect a popup to a button and success. 
Here’s my advice. Use barriers and teleporters to add interest to your levels, instead of just terrain or props. Because this is your map, you can really do whatever you want with it. But if you care about people liking it, put effort and care into it.

Ohhhhh now I know. 
Also have secret rooms and game-relatable (if that’s a word) items/props if people recanize the stuff it will make them like it more.
